Todd and his team provided irrigation, lighting and planting services for a very dramatic modern landscape for a home in Sacramento that our office designed. His team was professional and did the job right the first time! We've designed a lot of projects over the past 25 years and worked with many landscape contractors and Cleancut is a step above most. He's reliable, personal and "can-do." As landscape architects we value contractors that faithfully execute our plans and that don't lobby our client to change our vision. Todd's a class act.

Commented: What is the material in front of the paver patio?That's decomposed granite. It's a great alternative to concrete. It will track in the house and can wash away with heavy rain but other that that it works great.

Commented: What was used for the ground cover?That is recycled black bark. It's basically ground up wood pallets that then gets dyed black.

Commented: Fireplace on counterThe fire feature and grill are both running on liquid propane but can both be converted to natural gas.

Commented: Can you tell me if your countertops are concrete?Yes, the countertop is concrete. We use color hardener and then a lacquer sealer over the top and have had no issues with fading. I hope that helps.

Commented: Where did you have a large landscape pot for the h2o feature? Is that a Kit?The pot is just leaning against the rocks in front of it. The backside is filled with pea gravel / rock to hold it in. The weight of the water and being wedged in the rocks make it very stable.
