As a home improvement contractor, working with Todd from Todd Peddicord Designs is always a great experience. Todd's artistic ability is incomparable and he takes great pride in achieving a beautiful environment for his clients. He expects a very high standard from his sub-contractors, yet is easy to work and communicate with. Todd and his team are top-notch, highly skilled, and very professional.

Todd exceeded our expectations in every way. We were very skeptical and hesitant to hire an interior designer as we felt a lot of them would try to push their style on us without taking into consideration our 'likes' and 'dislikes'. We had just purchased a new home and decided to start fresh with a more contemporary style in mind. We bough a couple pieces of furniture and that was stressful enough because we kept second guessing our choices. At that point we decided to schedule a consultation and see what a home decorator was all about. Todd was extremely professional and very attentive to our individual styles. You could tell that he was very passionate about what he does and that the happiness of his client was of the utmost importance. After speaking with him, we came to grips with what we both already knew. That we would not be able to do this on our own and be happy with the end result. We ended up hiring him to design our entire home and it was the best decision we could've made. It put our minds at ease and took the stress of making decisions away. We knew the money that was being spent was being spent wisely. He made the process so easy, so fun and went above and beyond to make sure we were both happy (which isn't an easy task) every step of the way. We walked away from this experience with not only a beautiful, finished home, but also a wonderful friendship.

We bought our house off the builder, new construction, so it had no character. Todd not only added character, but he worked with us to make it a home. He designed and furnished the entire interior. We loved it so much, we also hired him to do our backyard. When we first started working with Todd, I wanted to oversee everything. By the end, I told him to make decisions without consulting me....he was that good. He truly listened to our wants and needs for the spaces and respected our budget. He was here for every delivery and was our champion when things were not correct with contractors or deliveries. Our space is uniquely us and Todd deserves all the credit for listening to our needs and pushing us out of comfort zone when it was necessary.

Todd blew right pass our expectations and gave us the most amazing home makeover we could have ever experienced. A true craftsman of his trade. We would highly, highly recommend him to anyone looking to turn their house into their dream home.

Todd is easy to work with, takes your own style into consideration before preparing his vision for the project. He values your input, and his ideas are excellent. Todd is responsive, take full initiative to keep things moving, and his follow through is thorough and outstanding. The quality of work, and demeanor by all of his subs are excellent. And, he finishes out to every small detail to the end of the project, leaving nothing undone. I am getting ready start another area in my home, and will absolutely be using Todd on it. I am looking forward to it.

We highly recommend Todd for designing your home or landscape. In fact we are taking our own advice. After recently completing 5 wonderful rooms in our house, Todd will now redesign our main bathroom. Todd has that unique ability to quickly understand a clients taste, budget and "fashion vs function" desires through well planned questions. He listens to and considers your every comment, incorporating personal and meaningful ideas wherever possible. We were amazed at the ideas that came from our conversations and were not disappointed when Todd's designs became reality as he was very good at communicating the right expectations throughout the process. As for experience, Todd is extremely professional, patient and efficient. He managed the acquisition of all of the furniture and accessories, coordinated the contractors and ensured the proper placement of each object. We had two bathrooms remodeled by Todd. They came out more amazing then we could ever hope for. Todd designs with his mind, hands and heart and that is why his work is beyond words. He listens to you, opens your mind to other possibilities and guides you with his professionalism . He made the process very easy to handle. He also hires the best contractors to make his vision come to life. Would I hire Todd again? Yes in a heartbeat.

Todd visited our property to review a prospective attic conversion, whole-house remodel, and backyard design. From the initial phone call inquiring about his services, to the date of his actual visit, Todd was very generous and forthcoming with his design ideas and expertise. He was very mindful of our wish-list, yet balanced it against practicalities in design and budget. He offered us many suggestions based on our interests, and directed us in the best use of our budgeted dollars. Todd also spent a great deal of time with us, never rushing or dismissing us at any time. Todd is a consummate professional, and I would recommend him highly.

Todd Peddicord was the designer on my backyard construction. The focal point of the backyard is an outdoor kitchen area which includes a lounge area. Todd was innovative and did an exceptional job creating a space that everyone agrees is impressive and unique. Todd was very diligent and timely in his work. We love our backyard and are very please with the excellent design work performed by Todd.

Todd worked within our budget giving us alternative designs for us to choose together. The quality of products selected and how well the finished design looked was excellent. This the 3rd time working with Todd and he did great job building on previous work to have a seamless finished design. We are very happy with our home thanks to Todd.

Todd is a full service designer, he can help a client in a home build, remodel or just refresh a room. My last client had Todd do the interior of their home with new light fixtures, plants, furniture, accessories and some small changes to paint and a fireplace wall finish. He has now moved to the exterior with that same client to help them with a new outdoor structure. We are thankful to have a designer to refer to that will do a fantastic job, keep on schedule and have the customer service level we expect.
