We have built with Snyder Hankins 2 completely custom homes. They build a good solid home and provide useful recommendations based off their core teams years of experience with Tom, Johanna, Dan and Tim. Leveraging my design vision, they were able to translate and build what we wanted as our home. Whenever we have visitors, we get rave reviews.

A wonderful experience with Snyder-Hankins builders. Their flexibility in working with our design and input made this project a success. Any home build is a partnership between builder and client, and Snyder-Hankins are great partners to work with. Their follow through and attention to detail continue even after we have moved into the home.

We hired Snyder Hankins to build our dream custom home in the Triangle Area of NC. The entire team was fabulous; so easy to work with, even with some last minute changes. They remained professional throughout the process, offering advice and opinions based on their vast experience, but listening to our desires first and foremost. Their dedication to quality was what really sold us on the team and it came through in every aspect. We highly recommend the Snyder Hankins team for a second-to-none home of the highest quality!

Snyder-Hankins assisted us throughout the project by working with us to formulate our design with an architect, providing a design consultant to work with us in choosing our interior and exterior selections, and the building of our beautiful home. They were always available during the process to work out any details or questions. They continued to support us after we were in the house to ensure the few issues that arose were addressed promptly. Overall, we've been completely satisfied with the product and services they provided. We highly recommend them, and would use them again in the future.

I had a great experience working with Snyder Hankins. There is no more personal decision you will make than picking a builder for your home. Someone who can take what you have in words and paper and make it part of your life. So, the primary ingredient in this relationship is trust. Trust that they will take your vision and hard earned money and make it a reality. Tom, Dan, and Co. were great to work with and delivered me the home I wanted. Please understand that building a custom home is NOT easy. It requires equal commitment between the client and the builder but if you are willing to put in the work Snyder Hankins will deliver

This was our first experience building a home and we couldn't have been more pleased with the process! Our new home is our 'dream' home and we had a lot of 'particulars' that we were looking for. Snyder-Hankins worked with us adapting certain layout features, adding items that were key to us, sourcing materials we wanted, and helped us design and build our perfect house. The quality of the build was beyond our expectations. The entire staff was a breeze to work with and we highly recommend them. We love our house!

Snyder-Hankins Custom Homes built our home about six years ago. They are very knowledgeable and professional in designing and building new homes to your personal specifications. We have built 4 homes over the years and this was far and away our most positive and rewarding building experience. Tom Hankins and Dan Snyder both have high integrity and great building experience. The follow-up support from their company after our house was completed was most impressive. My wife and I strongly endorse Snyder-Hankins as a builder you can trust with the construction of your future home.

Our situation was that we purchased a Parade Home in 2006 which was built by Snyder-Hankins. They were wonderful to deal with throughout the initial transaction and warranty period. Now, having lived in the house 11 years, I feel free to contact them for advice and they are always willing to help. I feel the quality of our home is exceptional and additionally, I appreciate and admire the personal ethics of the company and staff.

My wife and I had a great experience with Snyder Hankins. It was the first house that we had built and there were a lot of unknowns to us. Snyder Hankins helped us the entire way and were very helpful explaining the process and how all of the many pieces fit together.
