He knew state and local building codes and familiarized himself with our HOA requirements. He was very attentive to our desires and freely offered constructive advise. Mr. Gladstone monitored the project very closely and briefed me on delays associated with weather and material availability. It was obvious that his subs respected him and appreciated his high standards. There were no budget surprises. The allowances in his bid accurately reflected the material type and quality that we wanted. I Knew Tom Gladstone for 25 years prior to him building my house and was aware of the quality of his home construction prior entering into house plan layout and contract. Most of his sub-contractors performed a superb job. Our home was built at a time when the housing industry was in collapse. Some sub-contractors were moving on and finding other work. Tom Gladstone always paid close attention to detail and the quality of the project did not suffer because of this time of the housing collapse. I have recommended him to others who wanted to build a quality custom home. He has built several other homes near by and they all were beautiful homes.

Tom Gladstone is the best contractor in the Florida panhandle! We had a wonderful experience while working with him. He did an amazing job building our Mediterranean home and his work is outstanding and very clean! While our house was under construction, we often made changes to the plan and we were very impressed by how Mr.Gladstone would get the job done! He is also very caring about his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. Even after the house was built he addressed any small problems problems or issues that have come up. His work is so exceptional that my 5 brothers and sisters are all having him build their homes. If we were to build another house in the future, we would definitely have Mr.Gladstone built it without a doubt!

Tom Gladstone built our 3400+ sf Tuscan style custom home in 2008 in a gated community with many covenants & restrictions. He has since built three additional homes in the same development. His attention to detail and quality construction resulted in a well built beautiful home that still looks new eight years later. Tom Gladstone is THE premier builder in Bay County Florida who truly cares more about the client than himself. He has been building for over 30 years and his reputation is excellent. Mr. Gladstone used his own computer design software to assist in plans--something many contractors do not have. He took his time to make sure that we were involved in every step of the process, giving us the chance to make selections every time several possibilities arose. He used only quality subs with whom he has worked for many years. We were able to stay within budget most of the time and high quality materials were utilized for our custom retirement home. Mr. Gladstone does not charge for 'change orders' as long as he does not have to tear down and start over an item. After construction and for our first year he has addressed any issues which arise without hesitancy. Mr. Gladstone is extremely knowledgeable and practical due to his vast experience. We would certainly use no one but him if we had it to do over again!
