Owner of Redesign Etc. Home Staging. Houston Home Stager, Cindy Bryant has earned the RESA-PRO™ designation. We have staged and consulted on over 700 million dollars worth of property in and around the Houston area. Typically our staged properties D.O.M average is 1-3 days. We offer All-Inclusive Walk-n-Talk Home Staging Consultations including, curb appeal, paint colors, update recommendations, hands-on mini staging (ex. bookcases, counters, some furniture pieces). Consult is for entire home from curb to back fence. Prices start at $200.

Ms. Bryant's staging was really beautiful! I was extremely pleased with the outcome. She is very professional and transformed my home into a highly sought out property. I hired Cindy do do a consult for my home that was outdated a bit, but didn't want to spend more money on it. We had already listed it with not many showings. She was able to give us some really great ideas and we implemented as many as we could due to time contraints. House sold immediately after, very relieved and happy. Would hire again!

I called Cindy to get her expertise on my home that was not selling. She made suggestions and had awesome ideas that were exactly what my home was missing. Everything was done in a timely manor and the house sold immediately after she had done her staging magic to the first people that looked at it. I couldn't believe it. I didn't even have time to get new photos made, which saved me more money! Wished I had called her first instead of listing it first. Lesson learned! Don't make the mistake I did, give her a call, she is fantastic!!

Excellent experience using Redesign Etc. Home Staging! The whole process was flawless and I would recommend Ms. Bryant's service to anyone that is contemplating getting their home staged. Her detailed approach was amazing as was watching the process. She explained the how and why, which I thought was very interesting which made so much sense, about things I hadn't though of. The house sold quickly and the buyers comments were positive about how beautifully decorated it was.

I recently had to put my house on the market and was recommended by friends to have Cindy come over and give her opinion and advice on how best to show my house. I set up an appointment and she arrived promptly. She walked through entire house and grounds and gave me very helpful advice for every area of my home and some problem spots in my yard. Overall, I was extremely pleased and very impressed by her eye for detail. Well done, excellent outcome with a quick sale!

I heard about Cindy through some friends that had used her services. I contacted her for a consultation for my home that I wanted to put on the market. She literally covered every aspect of the the interior and exterior. I was very impressed with her depth of knowledge and creativity. I don't think there was anything she missed, but actually brought items to my attention that I hadn't noticed. Excellent experience, would use her services again, and highly recommend.

We were familiar with Redesign Etc. Home Staging from seeing their work from some homes they had staged. We loved thier work and knew that we wanted to use thier services when we got ready to sell. So we did, and and were thrilled with the whole process. We were going to move overseas so we were overwhelmed with de-cluttering and getting rid of items. Cindy helped us do both and helped make the process so much easier. She also staged our home after all of that. Made so much difference, excellent experience!

Cindy staged my home and did a fantastic job! Everything was executed perfectly, and it showed beautifully. I have used stagers before, as I move around a lot, and she was by far the best I've come across. Everyone that came through commented on how beautiful the house was. Can't say enough great things about her expertise in staging.

Cindy came highly recommended to us by our Realtor. She staged our house and we were thrilled with the outcome. We had some strange areas that we never knew what to do with and to remodel was going to be over 50K. Cindy was able to stage the areas to make them functional rooms and they looked fantastic. I only wished we'd known about her years ago, so we could have been enjoying those spaces. She was very responsive, on time and very affordable. Beautiful work, and yes we would highly recommend her.

I flip investment properties and have used Cindy for my properties. I had seen a property she had staged and decided to give her company a try. She always knocks it out of the park with the staging and I get multiple offers. Very professional and the crew is very respectful of house when moving furniture in and out. She always gets them staged in a timely fashion.

Commented: Bug Spraying in your Area?We have trucks that go around and spray, but we don't get any notice they do it late at night. Can't tell it helps at all, we still have a massive amount of mosquitos.
