Jason Klumpp of Tyrrell's has proven to over deliver and all the while being cautious about over promising. The project we are working on is a 'dynamic' site with design and construction running in parallel to achieve a fast tracked outcome. This is not something I would entrust many Architect to. Jason is methodical, articulate and will always ask the question and not make assumptions. I required a team that had a strong design influence coupled with a solid understanding of structural and construction integrity to ensure the best outcomes for all aspects of the build, from the correct distances in kitchen layout to adequate bulkhead width to allow for efficient air flow from Air Conditioning.
