They took my money and never shipped the product. I contacted them and asked why it hadn’t shipped and they said they have to contact their warehouse to find out why. I waited till the end of the delivered by date and cancel the order. Do you not purchase from them if you have a deadline as they are not in control of their own product and shipping.

I am so disappointed that I ordered this item Dec. 10 with a delivery date of Dec. 22. It's 12/30 and I have not received the vanity. Customer service and the tracking information indicate the vanity is LOST but have no additional information for me about when or if I can expect this vanity. I am paying contractors who are waiting on the vanity. I am very unhappy about this experience and that no one has made any effort to make it right.

I have been waiting for over a month for a mailbox. Their communication is poor and should not offer products that they do not HAVE.

The item I ordered from this seller came damaged. I contacted the seller and never received a reply. I then contacted Houzz and they got me a refund. I would not recommend using UnbeatableSale Inc. for two reasons: 1) they don't package items well, and 2) they don't respond to complaints.
