I hired these folks because my neighbor recommended them. Technician was cleaning their pool when I approached him (Salvador) about hiring them to clean my pool. He said he would arrange it with the owner. I also asked him if can repair rust spots on the sides of the pool. He said he could and had a lot of experience. We agreed on a price and he did the work on a Saturday. Unfortunately, a week later the rust spots reappeared again. I contacted Salvador to redo the rust spots. He agreed and said he would take care of it. I struggled for over 30 days to get him to come out. Even pleaded with his boss. He made excuses for his poor customer service and essentially told me it was my problem. Indeed, he even said it was my fault for hiring him to do the work. I responded saying he was your employee and therefore I approached him assuming he represented the values of the company in terms of honesty and dedication to good customer service. As a customer, how was I to know he had a dishonest and problem employee that he continued to keep employed. During this period I had the pool checked by another pool service. My calcium was very low. I informed him and said he would take care of it. One would think they would have found this out by the weekly service visits to test my pool. In effect nothing was done. Additionally, the owner is very inconsistent in returning calls and text messages. After 30 days I let them go due to poor work quality and customer service. After going through this he still billed me for the month of service. I most definitely do not recommend this business for pool maintenance and service.
