I was extremely please with the service from UPQ and would summarise it as fairly priced, with a quick turn-around. The work related to obtaining BCC Building Approval to build in a character housing area and we only realised the need for it at a late point. Whilst other firms I approached attempted to add unnecessary bells and whistles at extortionate prices, UPQ understood exactly what was needed, quoted a fair price, delivered on the tight turn around, and ultimately obtained the necessary approval without further ado. Absolutely recommended.
