Over the years while driving around the Lower Mainland of Vancouver, I tend to notice these beautiful homes, and the one commonality I noticed was they had the VictorEric signage on the front. So when I decided to purchase my parent's Vancouver Special, I knew I wanted to engage VictorEric Design+Build on my home renovation. I have no experience with design or renovations so I wanted to ensure I work with a team I could trust. Currently I am working with Eric Lee and his team on the design phase, and I like how they listen to my needs, preferences, and budget. They take them into consideration and provide ideas that are even better than what I could imagine. I love how they want to create a home customized for you rather than a cookie-cutter design. I didn't think I would be excited about renovating my house, but so far the experience has been amazing and I am really looking forward to the finished product. VictorEric has been a pleasure to deal with over the year and years. They are very professional and treat their external teams and sub-consultants with respect and as their part of the own team. We did not feel like sub-consultants. We felt like an extension of their team/office. They respond to inquires swiftly and more importantly our invoices promptly. We have never had to inquire about payments of our invoices. It would actually be great if all of the companies and firms that we work with and for treats us like VictorEric does.
