I had to deal with an unfortunate timing for water damage repairs at my condo before listing it. After many dead ends with other contractors who could not identify the root cause of the leak, I had the good fortune to have Erick from Toscana Tiles referred to me by a neighbor who has the same kind of issues coming from his rooftop. Erick and his team were able to identify the source, provide a quote promptly, and conduct the repairs both inside and outside in a very timely and professional manner. Had it not been for the weather, it would have taken a week from the time he met my agent to the time all repairs were completed. I can't comment on the long term results, but after a few days of rain there is no more leaking and everything looks absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Erick and would work with him and his team again.
