DFW Best Roofing

Had a leak in our roof, had another company out and they took our money and left us with a leaky roof. DFW best came out fixed our roof quickly and affordable and were very helpful. Will be using them for any future roofing needs.

Very good overall. We had a bad start. I need the TPO work done in a very specific way. I needed posts tied to the studs instead of the decking. Well the first few hours were not very good, when I told Chris I was upset, he assured me, that everything will be done my way, and it was, I understand they had to redo some stuff. But that is the type of service I expect. Any company that owns up it its mistakes and then does the right thing, has a good future.

I had hired seven companies one after the other. My roof has a slope of 12/12. Apparently, there are many other roofs with lower slopes to do. Every time people would see the roof in my house, they would be like, pass.... They would tell me they will be there but never came. Except DFW Best Roofing. They were like the seventh company, we contacted, and they kept their word, and did a good job. In fact, the day they came, I had hired two companies, just in case, one did not come, and guess what? The another company did not come. I just do not understand why people do not keep their word. I am so relieved, DFW Best Roofing, did keep their word. I really thank God.

I hired them for my pizza store. We had a leak, and a lot of hail damage. They took care of everything from insurance. Even though the insurance denied us last year, but this year DFW Best Roofing did the work to get it approved. So, yes, I think they are a great company if you have an insurance related job.

I dont know where I should start. I m renovating a house. They installed new roof and built half of chimney, We have flat roof , after my inspection I warned Justin about this is not even so there will be ponding water all times after raining.He told me , there wont be and never you will have any problem , trust me!! After installation , in 3 days , there were major leaks , we called them , they did not answer our calls for 20 days maybe more, they came to fix at last but they could not fix it again we noticed with next rain. We called them again for 2 weeks , they did not reply us, I got last message from Omar, not telling anything about fixing roof. Tomorrow (4/23/2015) we will fill out file for them. And they dont have anything to do about it. I warned them starting from Monday about court.They dont care. They dont care 5 year warranty too. They put crack between my chimney and wall too so I found snow inside when it is snowing, but I fixed chimney issue by myself with 24' ladder and some mortar. Update ::: We sued them and they should pay 6400$+ court fees, they did not show up at the court too and they are refusing to pay our money. Don`t think they are a company ,if something goes sour there is no way to get your money back.

I had a house in the Dallas area that needed a new roof. They took 1/2 down, did the house, sent the pictures, I sent my old man to take a look, it was done great, to my exact specifications. So, anyone who has a rental property or houses in the Dallas area that you need someone you can trust, DFW Best Roofing would be one of the companies that deserves a call. The price was great too.

All American Crew, everyone I met spoke english well. Very nice. Worked on a complicated house, with metal, flat roof and shingles. They did the metal car port also. Started at 7:30 and were done by 4ish. The bud was the second lowest out of 6 bids I got.

Great work! I got bids from 6 companies, they had the second lowest bid. They did an excellent job & they were the most knowledgeable about roofing and roofing design options.

Rex, the operations manager at the company, clearly went above and beyond the call of duty. The crew was respectful, kept my property clean, and they were done before the end of the day. I was on a tight budget, and on a very tight timeline, so yes, thanks.

My roof had bad decking and needed a new roof. I got a bid from like 5 people. Everyone told me the insurance company would not approve it. But, Justin got a letter from the city showing the insurance company that it's "code" to replace my decking and has to be done....well the rest you know. DFW Best Roofing knows what they are doing, and they do it fast.

I called DFW Best Roofing and within the same week they had the roofing crew out and working. They had the job completed within a few days. The roof looks great, professionally installed and looks better than the prior roof. Everything was handled via phone or email which for someone who works out of town that helped alot. Omar was willing and able to answer your questions, and if he did not know an answer he said he would research to make sure he gave us a correct answer. Which to me shows honesty and integrity, not a made up answer to just to "get a job". That was definitely appreciated. He took care of all the insurance issues and provided them with the requests they needed for the claim. Would definitely recommend DFW Best Roofing.

DFW Best Roofing did excellent job with new roof on my rental home. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do new roof.
