First they gave my a set bill of $2,150 and told me everything was included from the pick up , extra boxes, cover for mattresses, ect, to the delivery. I paid up front $750 and Ryan explained to me I only owed $1,400. Today the movers come at 9 am just 2 guys, mind you I never had a walk through my 2 bedroom apartment so the company never knew how much I had, and the movers came with a truck halfway full. Ryan explained to me after the movers were throwing and kicking my things around , that i told him I needed a truck I never said an empty one and if I go on uhaul if I look at a truck for two bedrooms it says I only need a 21' truck, and his logic was he got a 32' truck so he doesn't understand how they are have problems. And at that I had more stuff that I had sold being that I was down sizing. The mover even told me he didn't take liquid in the truck so all my shampoos and conditioners are in the truck in a box along with canned food that contain liquid. But they took those. The had a 5 and a half hour journey 6 if there's traffic they made it after 8 hours. And if it weren't for my husband assisting with taking things out to the truck they would have probably never left. Just got a call from my family receiving the delivery that a lot of my things have been broken. A $200 turtle tank that I won't be able to get the money back and so much more. I don't recommend this company. Worse experience ever.

The movers took extra time making sure all of my stuff was properly packed and wrapped to prevent damage and took care around corners and doorways to not damage the home.
