Perhaps the best way to judge a company is how they handle problems. Our door arrived with a defect in the finish. The installer took a photo of the defect and sent to the office. The same day I got an email that the panel would be replaced. As it turns out all the panels were replaced to ensure a color match. I never once had to complain. Yaya the Office Manager, who I consider their goodwill ambassador, kept me informed and handled every aspect of the replacement. This is an outstanding company with dedicated and professional employees.

We needed to replace our old garage door for my vacation home and decided to use adco company based on their ratings, comments from others and saw that BBB has an A plus review. I was very impressed with their promptness responding to my messages and to come by my home to provide an estimate. On the phone they were very knowledgable and provided good advice on different products. Their prices are very reasonable. My new garage door was installed by Raul a couple of days later and it looks awesome. I highly recommend using them for your next garage door repair or installation.
