We just completed a major interior remodel of home and were preparing to have the exterior painted. Unfortunately, the previous owners had not maintained the home and it was necessary to side over the existing solid cedar logs. As we previously were custom home builders, we knew this was not an easy re-siding project. Fortunately we met Mark from Northern Pacific Exteriors (NPE) and he explained in detail their complete job process and the level of workmanship we could expect. He also had his Construction Foreman, Ben, meet with us to discuss the unusual construction of our home and to elevate any concerns we had. Based on our positive discussions, we hired NPE to side and re-roof our home. The team at NPE provided us with detailed information about our two projects, kept us informed of scheduling, deliveries and the work that would be completed. Each of the foreman on site were easily approachable for questions and concerns. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. The crew were courteous, respectful of our property, always on time, and made sure to keep a neat and safe workplace. All the employees of NPE take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service. This project turned out better than our expectations and our home is now beautiful. We are having new Siding installed on our home by Northern Pacific Exteriors. I must say that this company has their act together. The workers showed up on time each day and are very personable , were very skilled at what they do and took the time to do it perfect. We also receive a call each day from the project manager to see how things are going that day and advised us of the next step. In my opinion skilled workers employed by the company and daily communication with the project manager is a rare commodity. We are extremely pleased with our the new siding and would highly recommend this company.

From the estimate process through wrapping up of the project, Northern Pacific Exteriors did an excellent job. We purchased our first home knowing that it would need a new roof to prevent mold from growing in our attic. After getting four other estimates, we still didn't feel quite comfortable with what the other companies were offering, despite their much lower cost estimates. My boss recommended Northern Pacific, so we called them for a final estimate. The price was higher, but the estimator, Gary, did a much better job of outlining what was needed and why; all of the other estimators had given conflicting information about how to prevent mold in our attic. Gary was the only one to actually look into our attic and determine what problems were present there. We decided to have them install a metal roof--to add longevity to the structure and value to our new home--and got new, appropriate gutters included in the price. To solve all of our problems with the old roof and prevent future mold growth, it was proposed that our defunct gable vents would be closed off, that the crew would check the soffit vents to ensure that they were working properly, and that vents would be installed in the roof so that we could put fan vents in our bathroom and kitchen for proper ventilation. Although the project kept getting pushed out because of rain delays, and then because the roof manufacturing company was behind schedule, the process was fairly simple and took just under 3 days to complete. The cleanup was good, the crew was courteous, and communication throughout was excellent. Amber, the project manager at the office, called every day with updates. And when I was home with our dogs during the first two days of the project, the crew checked in with me several times about what they were doing and to ask any questions they had. I felt very comfortable with the process, with the workers, and with the office staff. Additionally, they helped us get financing for the project at an attractive rate through a local credit union. We have already scheduled an estimate for our siding and windows.

I got estimates from four Roofing contractors for my home. I went with Northern Pacific Exteriors because of all how they answered all of my questions. They were very helpful in showing me how they were going to remove my old cedar shake roof and replace it with a new composite roof. I was very impressed with all of the people that I had contact with. They were all very professional and responsive. Amber called me and emailed me with updates to keep us current with the project each week and even each day as the actual work was being done. The roofing crews were on time and did a really great job on my roof. I was amazed how much they got done in a day and they also cleaned up very well before they left for the day. I also had new gutters and some fascia replaced as well on this project and it all looks beautiful. I really appreciate all of the hard work that Northern Pacific Exteriors put into this project. I would definitely hire them again and would to like to refer them to anyone who would like to have their home project in good hands. My new roof really complements my home.
