I needed all the carpet in the house restretched as another installer had not done it correctly 6 years ago. Also, there was an area that had been burned/melted by an iron that needed to be cut out and patched. Richard was recommended by HomeAdvisor [homeownercare@mp.servicemagic.com] and contacted me within 2 hours. We scheduled an appointment for a Saturday, he quoted me a price which I thought was resonable, and then he showed up on time and did all the work within schedule and quote - impressive! I have been very pleased with the results as the carpet is presentable again and I do not have to buy new.
