Cinzia Gagliardi and her husband Matthew Green head up the Illawarra Refresh Renovations team. Cinzia has established herself as a well known renovation consultant in the Illawarra region, establishing relationships with her customers and engendering trust with the people she works with. Making the renovation experience an enjoyable one is her main concern, and that means streamlining the process and minimising the risk of any issues arising. Cinzia moved into the Construction industry after decades of working as a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist. Her passion to work with people has never waned, but her focus has turned to making the renovation and building process an easy and enjoyable process for her customers. As project manager and construction supervisor, Matthew keeps a close eye on every project to ensure a successful outcome, every time. His experiences as a qualified carpenter and builder – with a Bachelor of Design and 20 years worth of work experience in the industry – put him in a great position to oversee home renovation. He has designed and managed the remodels of hundreds of homes, and also worked as a teacher at TAFE NSW, helping to hone the skills of the next Generation of carpenters and joiners. Up to speed with the latest technologies, Matthew brings a keen eye for details and immense practical know - how to the job. The couple’s ultimate goal is to help you achieve your dream of a beautifully designed and constructed home that is right for your lifestyle. Over the last few years and decades, Cinzia has been lucky to indulge her passion for architecture and renovate four of her own properties, transforming tired and old houses into modern and functional residences.
