Custom Choice Builders is a luxury boutique builder specialising in complex projects. Our team at Custom Choice love a challenge and will work closely with you to achieve your dream home. We will take care of your build through every step of the process, from initial design and planning until the very moment you move into your new home or renovation. Custom Choice is a registered Master Builder. We also offer in-house drafting and design, and we are also happy to work closely with you and your architect. Our roots come from our director, Mitchell Thomas. Mitchell has over 16 years in the residential home building and construction industry. Early in his career, Mitchell gained several years’ building experience working in Canada, building luxury architecturally designed chalet style homes for clients in the Rocky Mountains and wine growing regions. It was this experience that sparked Mitchell’s passion for complex, large scale projects and specialty building materials including sustainably harvested Australian hardwoods and recycled timber. Mitchell is a registered builder, holding a domestic builders unlimited licence - the highest domestic building licence available. He has extensive expertise in project management, quality control, cost management and has a fine-tuned eye for detail. We have an excellent communication system in place, guiding our clients through every step of the building process, ensuring you are always up to date with your home or renovations progress. Every step is clear and transparent and communication between client and builder is a must and always encouraged. The team at Custom Choice Builders has combined experience of over 50years in the industry. Our full-time team of carpenters, foremen and designers can bring your ideas to life. Our trade professionals have worked alongside us from the beginning and are considered our working family delivering the best possible results.
