We were very pleased with Lara's work. She understood the updates/changes we wished to make to our rental unit and presented a detailed and easy to follow proposal. When a couple of alterations had to be made to items we had chosen (due to unavailability) Lara immediately came up with alternatives, including pricing,measurements etc. We do not live in Qld so were reliant on email/photographic communication both of which Lara made easy. Our project was a relatively modest, inexpensive one but Lara's professionalism and attention to detail was impressive.
