After spending over three weeks in choosing our home and options with their printed amounts and with one of their chosen real estate agents, at the every end they delayed our final approval, then suddenly raised the total amount over $40,000! And now we have learned they are known for their bait and switch tactics. Be weary of this development company..especially one of its real estate agents named Karen. She is slow, unprofessional and only works at her speed. If you are ever in a hurry or need her to complete a task for you, we can guarantee you, she could care less. Rarely did she ever do what she told us she would do. One time we called her after waiting several days for her to let us know some urgent information, she answered our call and told us rather abrasively, "I will call you when I have some information for you!" . Our strong advice is, avoid this development company at all costs, because in the end, their goal to to charge you all costs...literally. The $40,000 over-charge they suddenly charged us was a so-called Market increase price adjustment. Beware!
