Wicker Paradise

Vince was very helpful in assisting me to find a nice traditional outdoor wicker set in white for my porch. I love the set and very happy with their service. Came in a timely fashion and best of all the family loves it!

Very frustrating experience. I called to place an order with the owner. I ordered replacement cushions for 2 Gloster Plantation loveseats and new cushions for Gloster Plantation dining chairs. First of all the cushions are not Gloster they are "like Gloster." The owner told me they didn't make the dining cushions but if I had the inserts made locally he would cover them at a great price. (This was when he was still trying to get my business.) He advised me how to go about having the inserts made which I did. In fact I ran all over town to get it done. Meanwhile I prepaid for the loveseats as you do with custom orders. When the love seat cushions arrived which were not Gloster cushions but "like Gloster" cushions I attempted to contacted the owner about sending him the inserts I'd had made for the dining cushions. Unbelievably he never responded to any of my emails. When I finally tried calling he was abrupt and rude which was confusing as I was still trying to give him my business. I couldn't figure out what the change was about. My guess is he no longer was interested in the quote he gave me and so was unwilling to fulfill the order only he was to discourteous to bother telling me. He gave me a false story about needing to find his notes on my project. When I called him back again he had an employee tell me (when I asked for the address to send the inserts made per his instruction) that they were, "Too busy at this time of year to recover furniture." What? They would not and did not complete the project they had already quoted me on.

I will never use this company again. It has absolutely terrible customer service. We purchased a complete wicker living room set in mid-December. The website adversities that orders ship in 4 - 6 weeks. We received a partial set 8 weeks later. When we called regarding the missing piece, they said it would be another two weeks before shipment. Two weeks later the pieces still haven't arrived so we called again, and were told it would be 5 more weeks before shipment. We told them this was unacceptable and wanted a refund on the undelivered item. The customer service rep refused any kind of refund, he was argumentative, unapologetic, and rude. At this point we are looking at a delivery period of over 4 months from the date of purchase and are left questioning whether we will ever receive the complete set that we paid $3,000+ for. If not a total scam, this company walks a close line to fraudulent. Steer clear and order from somewhere else.

Earlier Buying furniture online was a daunting process. But now when I tried Wicker Paradise online shopping of furniture, my perception has been changed now. Wide varieties of patio furniture really made me delighted. Love the new look of my garden with new outdoor wicker furniture. Thinking of buying more for the living room.

I contacted Wicker Paradise about a rattan sofa I purchased in the fall as the fabric on the cushions was pilling. After a month of back and forth emails, they finally agreed to replace the covers. I asked them to send new cushions and I would return the old ones as I was afraid that new covers would not fit correctly I received an email that "I was not going to dictate their warranty policy". I cannot believe that they treat their customers this way. I would never purchase from there again.

I'm not sure i would classify the material as Wicker, it seemed like a synthetic material that was woven and looked like wicker, but i could be wrong. Also, returning to this company was a nightmare... the color of the item was a little different than it appeared online (which understandably happens). I drove the item to their showroom to make everything easy. They insisted that i pay not only for the shipping to me (which is advertised as free) but also a 10% restocking fee, despite the fact that i had brought the item back to their showroom floor for them and the item was not in any packaging when it was delivered to me, leading me to believe it was a showroom floor piece. If u know for sure that the item will work for you u'll be fine, if u have any feeling that u may want to return it then trust me, u don't want the headache of dealing with these people.

My experience with this company has been excellent. I ordered outdoor wicker furniture for my back porch from them. The sales rep was very courteous. When my order arrived, I was impressed with how good-looking the furniture was compared to the picture and how strong and comfortable everything was. I cannot thank Wicker Paradise enough for their great products and service.
