I purchased this new home build about 4 years ago. I had a big crack on my wall and they were supposed to come and fix it but the pandemic happened and did not come. And I am still waiting after 4 years. After two years of the build, I had lost seven shingles on my roof. They came and fixed it but now, more shingles have fallen off and this time they want to charge me for the shingle replacement. I asked a roofer if this was common and they said no. A good roof should last a long time and be rated for over 100 mph winds. Williamsburg put on the cheapest roof they could find. I am really disappointed in them.

We built a new home from Willamsburg Homes. Great company and quality product. We had some issues about construction but williamsburg was able to solve or give us solutions.
