We recently hired Wineteer Construction to remodel our master bathroom in light of my husband's issues with mobility. We would highly recommend Lifewise Renovations, the division of Wineteer that performed our services. They are particularly well-equipped to design and perform renovations that accommodate persons with physical challenges due to medical or age-related reasons. They removed an existing tile shower and replaced it with a larger, curbless shower, replaced our existing vanity sinks and faucets, replaced the toilet with an ADA-height toilet, added a power outlet for a bidet and added grab bars. From design through construction to clean-up, they were excellent! Nick was able to develop a design that met our needs within our budget constraints, yet maintain a look consistent with our current décor. Their de-construction of the existing shower and vanity top was as clean and painless as possible. All work was performed in a timely manner and communication was excellent! Craig and Guillermo were wonderful! They were compassionate and understanding of my husband's needs. I would highly recommend Wineteer Construction!

My bathroom was completely changed to accommodate my disability. In addition to beautiful surfaces (Onyx on the shower and vanity and tiles for the floor) they installed three pocket doors and altered my vanity to allow me to put a bench or chair under it. Finally, they went out of their way to do this all in 2 weeks!

They changed my center kitchen island from butcher block to quartz and changed my electric range to gas. Their people were A++ and the workmanship was perfect. I would definitely use them again

Workmen were professional. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner, They were careful not to damage surrounding areas and they cleaned the job site at the end of each work day.

We replaced a large window in my husband's study. The crew was terrific, neat as a pin, and communicated beautifully. They were fast and efficient and stuck to their time line. This bid was probably not the lowest I could have gotten, but our satisfaction with the product and process was worth it.

Wineteer has done a few projects for us and we will continue to invite them back for more! We have been so pleased with their workmanship, expert and friendly team and how well the projects flowed. It truly has been a pleasure working with Wineteer Construction.

Wineteer built a large pantry off our kitchen and did an amazing job and we love it! They also converted a large closet in our basement into a wine cellar and it's is fabulous. We would highly recommend Wineteer to anyone! Chuck and Dana

Wineteer remodeled my 1960s home and brought it into the 90s. They were efficient, came in on budget, answered all my questions and it resulted in a beautiful home. They were very easy to work with and I trusted them to be at the house when I was unable to be there. It was my first remodeling experience and it was a great experience.

I was diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis some time ago and approached Wineteer about construction of an accessible bathroom in a newly purchased urban loft space. They had remodeled a kitchen for a friend with MS and I knew there was an occupational therapist on staff to advise on my requirements. In many ways they knew more about what I needed than I did and were great at giving advice on changes to be considered. We were constructing an accessible bathroom in a small space. This required quite a bit of innovation, including moving walls, relocating fixtures and enlarging doorframes. An open shower was designed to best utilize the space available, while still allowing space for safety features and a shower seat. Wineteer managed the permitting process, relationship with engineers and the homeowners association. Along the way they came up with several innovations to make the project better or deal with issues that came up during construction. They kept me informed of the progress and gave me an opportunity for input as the construction progressed. This was particularly valuable, as it allowed me to run questions about access and space through my friends with similar mobility issues. I was thrilled with the results. The finish was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. It met my current and future needs. I am appreciative of Wineteer for their professionalism on the project and being available at every stage.

Wineteer is on time and on budget with great attention to detail and superior responsiveness to customer needs and requests. We have had multiple projects with Wineteer - kitchen and great room, multiple bathrooms, even a wine cellar - and been extremely pleased with all of them. Their tile work is especially creative, detailed and of excellent quality. The craftsmen who work for Wineteer are highly proficient, as well as a pleasure to work with and have in your home. They consistently show up on time and leave the project space clean every evening. We have no qualms leaving town during a project knowing that when we return the work will be on schedule and the house will have been protected. We simply cannot say enough good things about Wineteer and recommend them highly.

Wineteer Construction has completed two projects for us. If you are interested in quality and aesthetics they are top notch. Wineteer completed a shower/tile redo in a bathroom and a kitchen project that involved the redesign and construction of a new kitchen island. They helped us with the design, tear out and construction phases. The work was done in a timely fashion by courteous professionals. Our experience was very positive.

We had Wineteer do two projects for us in 2015, master bath in March and complete kitchen remodel in August. From the design to the finished projects the people at this firm never missed a step! They were in constant communication with us so we always knew what was going on. We liked that they paid attention to our future needs for "aging in place" and because of their guidance and expert workmanship we hope to be able to enjoy our home for years to come. The workmen were professional, respectful, polite, and always willing to take time to explain what they were doing. We love our beautiful "spa" bathroom, zero entry shower, beautiful cabinetry and heated floors. The kitchen now has proper lighting, custom cabinets, and more counter top space because of the better design. Having the peace of mind that comes from a job well-done...priceless!
