About Us

Licensed since 2005, William Robbins has repeatedly been recognized as one of the "Best Real Estate Agents In Columbus" by Expertise.com. Before joining Coldwell Banker Realty, he lead one of Franklin County and Central Ohio's top real estate teams. His team achieved the honor of Chairman's Club Award; the highest award presented for both sales production and volume. He enjoys mentoring other agents and lending them his digital marketing skills and keen design eye. Before Real Estate, William had a 15 year career in Retail Sales, Management and Visual Merchandising with Banana Republic/ Gap Inc. William moved from Cincinnati to the Columbus in 2000, where he has called many downtown metro neighborhoods “home” including Olde Towne East, German Village and Merion Village. Since 2004, Williams has resided in Schumacher Place with his Partner, Todd, along with their Pug (Oliver), Shar Pei/ Pug Mix (Gus) and Beagle Mixes (Lily & George.) William has both a passion and a degree in Photography. He collects vintage 35mm, medium format and large format cameras. In his off time, he enjoys taking care of his koi fish and working on his 1910 brick home.

Bill is informative, reliable, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with when it comes to buying a house and making improvements. He provides you with estimates and ideas for improvents in no time. Bill goes the extra mile as a realtor through the use of technology, finding exactly what type of house works for you, providing you with points of contacts to make improvements, and importantly stays in touch throughout the entire process. Overall, Bill makes shopping for a house enjoyable! When trying to sell your house, Bill is just as enjoyable to work with. He puts time into advertising your house through the use of a great photographer, open houses, and marketing. I have never encoutered a realtor as good as Bill and would highly recommend him and his services for either buying or selling your house.

Bill Robbins is a true professional who takes great pride in his work. He pays attention to every detail, and protects and takes care of his clients with extreme care. His knowledge of his industry together with his ease of use with various marketing tools makes him one of the best realtors in the city. I have no hesitation recommending Bill (and his company). He simply does great work!

Commented: XxWalls are Sherwin Williams Warm Stone SW 7032. I do not remember the exact color of the staircase railing, but it was a Sherwin Williams dark grey that was almost black.
