Working with the Builder during this process provided us with lots of feedback instantly. Living in an Alpine Region we experience extreme winters and summers! We wanted the best of both worlds during these seasons! Lots of Sunshine streaming into our home in Winter and then in Summer we wanted the complete opposite. The end result was a Skillion Roof Design home and whilst we weren’t going for a modern look and internally our home is more contemporary the end result ticked every box. The proof has been in living in our new home now for 12 months and experiencing all the seasons and how efficiently the design of our new home captures the sun when it needs to and then limits the amount of sunlight into the home and outdoor living area’s in the hotter months. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and the actual building process once it began was very enjoyable because we knew we were in excellent hands.
