“We contacted Jeff through Houzz and he got in touch with us first thing on a weekend morning, offering to help with the installation job that same day! He was so great - he identified a damaged part and took it out so we could phone to order a replacement part and meanwhile, he hooked up the gas and power so had use of the range while we get the new part for the vent! He stayed (again, on a weekend!) to help us with a disposal and under sink plumbing issue and again, was so helpful in giving the information we needed for a solution! I consider this a 100% successful find in a contractor that we definitely will hire again, when that new part comes in! He was so helpful, friendly, very careful of the flooring, and from a cost perspective, exceeded my expectations for service call outside of business hours!”

“I contacted Top Shelf for a refrigerator repair even though there was only a single review. But it was a good one and I wanted to choose a local business to support. My call was answered quickly and a diagnosis was made over the phone based on my description of the problem. John came out early the same day and was in and out in under an hour. He was very polite and good with my dogs. He offered my spouse and I some advice on some planned appliance purchases and said to contact him with addition questions. The problem was repaired, though it will take a few weeks to determine whether the fix is permanent (we'll update the review if anything comes up. It seemed kinda spendy (a bit more than estimated over the phone), but the experience was very pleasant, and I will recommend to others.”
