Tube Sound Audio

I enrolled in Amp Camp with the objective of building some tube based audio components, and some speakers. The Amp Camp approach really appealed to me as I wanted to build these components myself under the safety net of having Stevens knowledge and experience on hand to supervise and guide me successfully throughout the entire build. Steven's set up is very professional and the location (Blue Mountains) is very relaxing and it allows participants to get lost in the process and helps one to focus on the job at hand. The fact that Steven goes to the trouble of arranging an introductory meeting which includes plenty of discussion and auditioning before any decision is made is what closed the deal for me as it demonstrated to me that Steven was both passionate and committed in providing the right environment and expertise to help me achieve what I was looking for. I initially decided on a tube pre amp, tube power mono blocks and a set of speakers, but it was not long before I decided to build a tubed phono-stage as well. I am very happy with the outcome and have been enjoying the system ever since. I cannot recommend Steven's Amp Camp highly enough for anyone that wants to have a go and end up with great pieces of Hifi. for those a little shy in getting their hands dirty, Steven can always build any of the pieces to order..

I have had the privilege to purchase the full system including speakers in Gloss Mahagony. The quality of sound, workmanship, ongoing support and knowledge received is unprecedented. Each day I listen to the system's tubes quality of sound I know I have made a perfect choice. And thanks to Stephen and his support my children (12 &10) are no longer into digital music but listen to the tube sound as well as they recognise the huge difference. I commissioned Stephen at TSA to design and build me three hifi amplifiers using vacuum tube technology as well as matching loudspeakers. Stephen took the time to explain the different options and we worked out the best system for me. The final system is more than I could have hoped for both in terms of look and sound. Add to that the craftsmanship is first rate and far exceeds the quality available in off-the-shelf systems. If you are looking for a tube powered hifi system, or even individual components, then TSA provides a first class bespoke product that is not readily available anywhere else.
