Anthony Gionfriddo was recommended by friends and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. I engaged his services to remodel my existing home and project manage from start to finish. Under Anthony’s supervision, the project was finished on time, with minimal stress (for me at least). Communication and attention to detail was first class. And I now have a wardrobe that is the envy of my friends!

Our architect - Anthony Gionfriddo from Architecture Matters - was extremely calm and professional in all aspects of the project: listening to our ideas; turning the initial brief into an excellent design; managing the project from initial tender through to completion; consulting with other experts when necessary; ensuring that every detail of the project was completed to a high-quality. He has special skills in designing light-filled spaces, and this made an enormous difference in our project. We are extremely happy with the end-result, which is everything we wanted and more.

Our brief was to modernize the rear of a federation-era home and create a state of the art garage. To that end, Architecture Matters succeeded with aplomb and ingenuity! We were extremely pleased with the architect's ability to blend the new with the old. We now have a dream renovation that was within budget, completed within schedule and extremely creative. They were able to create a highly functional and modern kitchen/dining/living space, intermixed with a study/library zone and place it in a way to complement and enhance the beauty of the original federation home. Architecture Matters is a creative company that listens to your desires, works efficiently and is extremely engaging with the builders and the clients. I would highly recommend them!

We were pleased to engage an architect who could not only design a terrific house but also effectively manage the building contract for us (our project was completed on time and budget). We wanted a house that utilised the northerly aspect and have lots of light and space, would be very low maintenance, as well as being functional for a family. And that was all achieved and the house works really well.

We engaged the Architecture Matters team to help us with the renovation and extension of a small 1930' house in the central highlands Victoria. Throughout the entire process we explored many design options coming up with a solution that would not only give a house double the size, but maximised the outdoor space of the corner block it sat on. We were delighted with the outcome!

Commented: concrete floorErminia, the gloss level on the concrete floor is achieved by using a high gloss polyurethane finish to the concrete slab.
