“Toni Ford, the interior designer for Karanda Interiors has the vision to convert any space, large or small into an amazing area, both functional and beautiful in design. As a liaison between all the trades for our renovation, Toni made every aspect work, often problem-solving and achieving great outcomes. Toni can look at an area and visualise its potential. Thus giving our renovation so much more practicality, beauty and design. It was evident that the trades and suppliers we dealt with highly respected Toni and her knowledge of all aspects the build. Furthermore, her design extended from the architectural plans to selection of interior finishes, including shutters, blinds, artwork, appliances, wallpaper, and flooring. The studio at Karanda is a hands-on “library” of exotic Wallpapers, soft furnishing, tiles, paints etc. Tony was always available when needed to make decisions and her support staff are fabulous, with communication and scheduling appointments. I highly praise her skill, vision, and knowledge, and take this opportunity to thank her for my beautiful new renovation, which included, new kitchen, dining, cellar, pantry, laundry, champagne bar, and powder room. “We recently engaged Nathalie Scipioni to undertake a complete renovation of our property (including both internal and external) at Vaucluse. We had previously reached out to other architects but we felt they were not understanding our vision. Nathalie, however was fantastic. She took the time to listen to us and understand our style. Each time Nathalie would present her thoughts on a design we were always happy with her recommendations. Nathalie has great ideas that are modern and appealing. We have had had a number of family members and friends who have visited our property since the works were completed and they have all said how stunning the house looks. We are so happy with our home we have now engaged Nathalie to undertake the interior design work. Nathalie and her team are very easy to work with. With a project this large and complicated (it was approx. 1 year) I was expecting it to be quite stressful but was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it ran. One of the biggest advantages Nathalie has is her ability to be exceptional at both architectural work and interior design work, because in past experiences we found an architect would only be able to undertake architectural works, so Nathalie is the complete package! I would thoroughly recommend Nathalie and I will definitely be engaging Nathalie again for any future works.”

“To Whom it May Concern We are a small to medium sized building company that specializes in architecturally designed renovations to residential properties. We have undergone several projects with Kate Mountstephens over the years and all these projects have been a positive and fruitful experience for all parties. Kate is a very experienced architect and designer and has achieved some very good results. All my site crews enjoy working with Kate, not only because all jobs are well documented and there is plenty of guidance and direction, but Kate is happy to take on advice and knowledge from other experienced trades and contractors throughout the project. In situations where there may be some incomplete details, Kate is willing to resolve these issues onsite using the experience of the site contractors. This attitude creates a team atmosphere amongst the site staff that leads to everyone willing to produce their best efforts. I would highly recommend Kate to any interested clients.
