“We engaged Tony and Tania just before Covid restrictions hit and managed to get the first site visit in, where everything was professionally measured. Communication after that was via emails with drawings, a 3d model and zoom meetings. They managed to understand our needs and come up with an initial design that was refined to suit our needs whilst appreciating their professional experience that made us change some of our ideas. Overall, they came up with suggestions we would never have thought of ourselves but which were great and enhanced our own initial thoughts.
