“My husband and I decided in our later years to build a new house and discovered Steve Drougas of Concept Studio through houzz. Concept Studio worked with us to create exactly the home that we envisioned, completely understanding our brief. This was a challenging job, as the space for the home was limited and Steve was able to include everything that we requested. He attended the site and assessed site conditions and constraints. Made initial inquiries regarding authority regulations and requirements. Provided recommendations for the appointment of other specialist consultants as required, including their fees. Steve Dougas is very easy to deal with, always contactable and sticks to deadlines. He listens to you as the homeowner and is respectful of your wishes, ideas and interests. He is not designing for himself – he is designing for you. He is knowledgeable and professional. His whole team is great to work with. Steve made what could have been a daunting process very easy and did it very quickly. We have no hesitation in recommending Concept Studio and would most certainly use them again ourselves.”
