“Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”

“Mr Greg Neilson was recommended to me and I would highly recommend him and his services. We had a early 1900’s weatherboard house which was in serious decay, with his guidance and design we restored the original part of the property and substantially extended the house into a modern, user friendly home. He was not deterred when we were after changes, tweeks, to the design. Extremely helpful and even more important, we were on budget. His negotiating skills with the local council came in very handy as well.”

“Never have I been so pleased to engage a professional service as I have done on this occasion. My interaction with The Site Foreman began with a hand shake and that has set the tone from the very first interaction. I respect and use the concept of 'straight talk' and once the team became aware of my style all discussions have been frank, open and honest - the only way to conduct business in my opinion. Please do not read into this negative robust discussion but rather read that this has been a journey of respect, communication, listening and my learning about how to go about such a project of a knock down rebuild.
