“Despite still going through the planning phase with Alpex, both Laura and Oliwia have been fantastically patient with the changes we have requested over regular emails. Not only that, they have provided multiple suggestions and have been extremely accepting of changes and additions to our project. We initially opted to upgrade both the kitchen and the main bathroom, to ending up with an entire house renovation over a few phases to get the entire job done. With that, they have been really supportive and respectful of our ideas and interests, but more importantly have been accommodating our budget constraints. As homeowners, me and my wife have nothing negative to say about Alpex Architecture purely because of the above reasons, however, I am sure this will continue to be a positive experience during the construction phase.”

“I knew Bureau69 and Massimiliano starting from 1999. I involved Massimiliano upon restore of my home in 2007 asking to combine smart solutions to create new spaces with pleasant interior ambient. The result was very good using colours, lighting and materials (as wood for details and vertical lightning and particular stoneware for pavements) creating new natural light sources. He also optimized cost for release to stay in budget we fixed. Works completed on schedule. Total surface 100 m2 approx”

“A really outstanding business. We used the team at Woodford to help us update an old Rectory we had purchased. Gavin developed the new design for our kitchen, en-suite master bedroom and two other bathrooms. He picked up very cleverly on existing design elements of the original Georgian rectory and incorporated these into a modern but appropriate twist for the new designs. We ended up following all Sarah's proposals for flooring, wall colours, kitchen & bathroom fixtures & fittings. She also developed beautiful ideas for curtains and roman-blinds and was able to recommend a great local company who provided the fabrication (and who did a really good job on this). In summary, their advice and professionalism was wide-ranging, great value-for-money and time-generous. Gavin & Sarah and the team at Woodford absolutely exceeded our expectations.”

“To set the scene : we are mid-way through construction, to renovate & extend of our Victorian terrace in East London. We've had Seán and Stephen Ltd as our architects for 18 months so far. My wife and I are complete novices to design & construction, and Seán and Stephen have expertly and supportively guided us through each stage, enabling us to really enjoy every part of creating our new home. I would happily recommend this professional practice to family and friends. They were great at helping to bring some of our own design preferences to life using plans, 3D models, and interactive virtual room design tools. But they also have challenged our thinking too, leading us to add in a number of amazing and creative features that we would never otherwise have considered. Seán and Stephen created an extremely thorough and professional Design & Access Statement to help explain our project to the local planners. As a direct result of the quality of S&S’s planning pack our application (which proposed various potentially contentious items such as a basement, lightwell, and dormer) was approved without a single significant amendment. Since the contractor began the works Seán and Stephen have project managed every aspect of the construction programme, providing us with detailed weekly updates and explaining everything to us in layman’s terms. They consistently fight our corner with the contractor on a number of technical and cost-related issues which gives us real confidence that the project is in safe hands. So far we have enjoyed a stress-free project thanks to their project management skills”
