“Sean was very easy to work with. His design maximised the space available in our tenancy, taking advantage of the natural light to make it feel spacious. He had an excellent manner when dealing with contractors which helped us achieve our tight time-frame and stay within budget.”
Light House Architecture & Science

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars27 February 2015
“Jigsaw is the reason we have such a liveable home. Having lived in many houses, we had clear ideas of what we wanted - to build an energy efficient, light-filled home that would work with us as a family. We wanted clever use of space and storage, responsible use of materials and a beautiful nurturing environment to live in. Jigsaw had the expertise to maintain a creative approach while problem-solving the many limitations of a modern build on a Heritage listed block. The combined skills of the team provided us with a very positive building experience. We continue to recommended Jigsaw, and the novelty of our new home is likely to never wear off! We are very content and proud of our home that adapts to our needs and enables us to live a comfortable family life.”

Hugh Gordon Architect Pty Ltd
Architects in Red Hill, Australian Capital Territory
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars15 December 2015
“We had the pleasure of working with Hugh Gordon Architect for a new house we are building. In the brief we told Hugh everything and anything we wanted to include, expecting Hugh to tell us that some of what we wanted wasn't possible. In fact, Hugh responded with "anything is possible!" He and his team were great to work with.”
Allan Spira Architects

“Allan Spira Architects designed us a beautiful airy eco-friendly four bedroom contemporary cottage in Canberra and helped us manage construction over a 12 month period with a limited budget. We also utilised the company's interior design expertise. We were grateful for the warm and flexible approach to design and in depth local knowledge - it helped produce the bespoke responsible home we dreamed about.”

“We were lucky enough to work with Mark Bruce from Collins Caddaye on a new build in Yarralumla, Canberra. They were a joy to work with from start to finish. They were clear in what they wanted, provided clear communication and updates, made well informed and clear decisions which made working with them very enjoyable. On top of that, the house that they designed was amazingly beautiful and we have only heard good things about their company. Chadwick Designs looks forward to working along side Collins Caddaye again soon for all window furnishings and external products.”
Adhami Pender Architecture
Architects in Red Hill, Australian Capital Territory
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars3 June 2018
“We have now used Adhami Pender Architecture on two of our projects. Nabil and his team designed our family home and has also designed a dual occupancy for one of our construction projects including all interiors. We love the spaces they design and the style of architecture used. Below are the comments provided by us to Nabil when are home was finished in 2014. 'The design and construction of our Wild Street family home has been one of the most significant financial and emotional projects that we have ever embarked upon and is one of the best decisions we have made. Our home was designed to reflect us and our family's day to day needs whilst minimising its impact on the environment. The design process really helped us distil our ideas and allowed us to explore different opportunities for the design of our home to ensure we ended up with the best house for us. We still cannot believe that we're lucky enough to live in such beautiful space' We would happily recommend Nabil and his team.”

Philip Leeson Architects
Architects in Red Hill, Australian Capital Territory
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars20 April 2016
“After shopping around for a suitable architect we settled on Philip Leeson Architects. Over several months we have been working with an architect (Sarah Truscott) from this company and couldn't be happier with how the process has gone so far (the house plans are currently being costed). Philip and Sarah have taken the time to really listen and understand our requirements (they even visited our current home to see how we live and what does and doesn't work for us in this house). Our brief was for a single level, solar passive (low-cost to run) family home for 5 that can also accommodate one of our three sons (who has special needs) as he grows into an adult - down the track we want the ability to section off part of the house for our son and a carer. Also, due to the care requirements for our son we are not a family that is able to go on vacations or travel, so in that respect our home is even more important than it would be for other families, as we can't take a break from it. Our home needs to cater to each family member's interests - for my husband that is a BIG garage (Philip and Sarah only really understood this when they saw all that our current garage contains!), for me it is a study/craft room and for my eldest child it is a separate space for LEGO. During the planning stage the value of engaging an architect has become very obvious - the puzzle of how to design a house to meet a variety of needs is not one that we could ever have come up with ourselves.”
