“We used John Lum Architecture for the complete remodel of ~1000 sq ft in San Francisco. John and team were fantastic to work with. Very creative yet good at listening to our thoughts and integrating our ideas. They understand how to both design a gorgeous contemporary space while still keeping it comfortable and livable. We depended on them with a lot of design detail recommendations such as fixtures, paint, tiles and they always had great suggestions that made the process much simpler and easy to manage. They are very professional, extremely responsive and timely. There were no surprises during the entire process including on deadlines and budgets. I would strongly recommend them.”

“Before I begin my remodel plan, I was debating whether or not I should hire a professional architect, and I am glad I did. Kyle is extremely knowledgable and resourceful, he organize and oversee the whole project, as well as fill in every little detail that I probably will neglect. Not only he design a cost effective layout for us, tackle all the structural issues, he also help me deal with all the permit and legal hassle so that I can concentrate on shopping for my new sofa and coffee machine. Working with Kyle is such a pleasant experience, he is responsive, honest, and detail oriented. Having Kyle as my professional architect is the best decision I made throughout the entire project!!”

“My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. “Wow! We can't really say enough about how great Matt was to work with. We came to him after already having some pretty solid ideas, but he did a fantastic job of walking the line between respecting what we had already decided and adding some suggestions that might work better. After being frustrated with a lack of response from contractors, painters, tilers, and others involved in a remodel, it was so refreshing to find Matt and his promptness in replying to our emails. Having gotten used to having to wait a few days to hear from others, it was so great to hear back from Matt within a few hours. Matt was extremely helpful with linking us up with engineers and other subcontractors, including working with the city regarding permits and passing along some discounts that he was able to get for certain supplies. We have already recommended him to a few other friends and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.”

“David Wilson and WA Design have been the architects on two homes for our family, one in the Oakland Hills and one in Napa, California, on a rock-filled challenging site. They have been wonderful and responsive to work with, embracing our ideas in the spirit of collaboration. Designing and building a home is a very personal experience, and to be successful the firm you hire should be a pleasure to work with on many levels. This firm definitely is. David became a good friend during and after our process on the first home, and that made the second project even easier. Their style is warm contenporary, so easy to live in. I have contacted him about questions after the completion of both projects and he has been more than helpful, continuing to get information for me and share ideas. Both houses have hosted several events (best kitchens, touring unique houses, etc) and I continue to receive compliments: "I love your house, it's the best house architecture I've seen"; "I'm impressed by the views, light, organic flow and peacefulness of this homes", and many, many more positive comments.
