“My wife and I engaged Architest to design and project manage the extension/renovation of our worker’s cottage in Northcote. Simon and Nat have been fantastic every step of the way. They are patient and practical, and have come up with an excellent design for the limited space we have available. The project has stalled somewhat as our neighbour appealed the grant of the planning permit to VCAT.
