Principal Catherine Munayer holds over 19 years architecture and design experience in residential and commercial projects having honed her skills from a young age with architecture and design running through her family. Catherine is a local and is highly versed in the Sutherland Shire and St George areas. We are here to help you with everything ranging from architectural concept plans through to construction documentation and contract administration. Our previous projects have included apartments, multi dwellings, dual occupancy, single and multi storey dwellings, granny flats,heritage restoration, child care facilities, aged care facilities, independent living units, cafe and chemist fit outs. Our work is a pragmatic and creative response of our client’s individual needs, the project context, site opportunities and restraints. We strive to create sophisticated aesthetically pleasing, comfortable living and working environments. This is achieved by focusing on designing quality, tactile light filled internal spaces that seamlessly integrate with external spaces. We are also committed to designing buildings that are sustainable and are responsible to orientation and passive design principals for a comfortable energy efficient home or work environment.
