“As Chairman of the Strata Committee of a tired 8 storey Residential Building in Sydney (first occupied in 1970) I hired Brindley Architects to advise us on façade remediation that included new windows throughout, new spandrel panels below windows and general waterproofing remediation works. A key aspect of the brief was to present concept perspectives for the building façade, refreshing the main entrance lobby and enhancing external elements at ground level. Brindley Architects excelled with the advice and presentations given to the building owners. The façade concepts were adopted and the building works were undertaken and completed in 2019 within the allocated budget and timeframe. Other aspects have been deferred pending Strata Committee funding decisions. The quality and aesthetics of the building have been greatly enhanced as a consequence of this work. I highly commend Matt Brindley as a dedicated, competent and personable professional architect who is committed to understanding and delivering his client's requirements.”
