In contrast to the vast majority of other architectural firms we offer the ability for you to experience flat 2D floorplans as an immersive 3D experience through architectural fly-throughs and virtual reality. Based on Sydney’s lower north shore, our focus has been mainly on low to medium density residential developments including but not limited to new homes, dual occupancies (duplexes), secondary dwellings (granny flats), terraces and boarding houses. I had a great experience working with Andrew when I approached him for my new property. He often gives great suggestions in terms of design which don't break the bank, and would always give his best to achieve an architectural outcome that exceeded the brief I gave him. His use of VR was really interesting, and really helped me get into the space in a way I couldn't simply looking at the plans. Highly recommend

We found Andrew very responsive for our Architecture plans for our development of our land into a Dual Occupancy. Andrew fees are very competitive and he goes the extra mile to ensure we were very happy with the design of both the properties. Andrew was very accommodating and kept us up to date with progress throughout the work for our house in Dural. This was a large project with many hurdles and difficulties. Andrew always responds to questions in a timely way with accurate information. We recommend Andrew highly to any future home builders or developers. Andrew prices are very completive as we did our research before appointing Costi Architects as our architect. We were very happy with our choice.
