OUR PHILOSOPHY Cunningham Gill Architecture was established in September 2004 to provide architectural services by bringing together a broad range of complimentary skills and strong industry experience. As providers of professional services, Brian Cunningham and Tammy Gill are committed to defining our client’s needs and exceeding their expectations. Our commitment to quality extends throughout the project. We offer full architectural services, including tender and construction documentation and contract administration. We understand the complexities of the planning and development approval processes and have extensive experience dealing with local Councils and private certifiers. We also understand the importance of cost, and work closely with our clients to ensure that the project scope meets their budgets, through regular area and cost checks and use of reliable builders to provide snap estimates. As architects, we are committed to providing positive contributions to the built environment and ensuring that our buildings are environmentally responsible. We seek to maximise opportunities for reuse of existing buildings, and use natural materials and passive solar design strategies to create comfortable spaces for contemporary living.
