David Scott(Principal Architect) has had extensive experience working in large corporations as a Senior Project Architect both in the private and public sectors . David Scott established his own practice David Scott Design in 2010. His new firm was established in Leichhardt in inner west Sydney and specialised in residential projects ranging from high density multi unit housing to additions and alterations. David recognises the increasing difficulties in getting Development Applications approved by local councils for even simple residential projects and prides himself on his high success rate in getting Council approval for even the most challenging and complex designs whether big or small. In 2013 David Scott Design established a second office on the Sunshine Coast also specialising in residential projects.
