Franarchitecture was recommended to us and we have been extremely pleased with the service we have had. The input regarding the design was more than helpful and ideas we had not given thought to were suggested. The process was very clearly explained and we were kept regularly informed as to the progress. Once the building permit had been obtained the job was put out to tender. The builder we are now dealing with (Hanns Build) has been as equally professional, we are dealing with the builder one on one but still have the full support of frankarchitecture should we need.

It has been a pleasure working with Frank on a $450k extension that he designed and is now administering the contract on. Frank has been professional, organized and easy to deal with at all times. He is driven and it's obvious he want's to please his clients and is also reasonable and respectful with all requests of myself. We engaged Frank Corran of Frank Architecture in April 2015 to undertake a complete renovation and extension of our property, from the design phase right through to tendering and project management of the build. Working with a budget of $450k, Frank has completely transformed the house and designed a beautiful, functional home that has certainly exceeded our expectations of what we could achieve with the property. While we are still in the build phase of the project, we are very excited to be seeing the floor plans come to life at our regular site meetings. I have found Frank to be very professional, contactable and easy to work with and he has a good rapport with all of the suppliers involved. We have also valued his ability to hone our design and track down great deals with suppliers to deliver the best value for our budget. I have no hesitation in recommending Frank Architecture and look forward to being able to post some photos of his great work when the house is completed.

We commissioned Frank Corran director of Frank architecture to design a modern open plan extension to the back of an existing Circa 1910 Edwardian brick house in Glen Iris and totally renovate the original section. During our first meeting on site at the property we felt very much at ease with him and by our limited description and brief he was able to elaborate our ideas into a descriptive knowledge and conversation. The plans, drawings, finishes, choosing the materials with samples followed progressively at each meeting and was a pleasant successful surprise. Cost of the project is in the vicinity of $800,000 and Frank Corran has tendered the job which is due to start and will Contract Administer. We have gained full confidence in Frank, who is prompt, eager to have the job completed and very much client orientated who will oversee the builder and we look forward to the completion of the project.

Over the last few years I have worked with Frank from Frank Architecture on a number of residential projects, the first was an extension in Mount Eliza where I found him easy to deal with and friendly, not like some other Architects I have met on site. From this he has referred me some other small jobs since then and also given me a great builder contact who I do work for still. I have also had frank do some electrical plans for myself which I was happy with the quality and I will use him again I am sure.
