“Undertaking a building project ‘later in life’ is a daunting process and after procrastinating for a couple of years I approached a local builder to see if my vision for the extension of my home could be realized. He introduced me to Michael. From that first meeting I knew we could work with Michael, he not only had the ability to listen to what we would like to achieve but to visualize what I was proposing and translate that into detailed plans. My gender and age were never an issue and he treated me and my husband with respect at all times. He was informative about his fee structure, including Council fees and consultants’ fees that would be required. He educated us on the Building Act requirements and Council approval process and when the time came to submit our plans to Council his attention to detail ensured that Council had all the information required to approve each process. When engineers or other consultants’ services were required he ensured that we were kept informed of who they were and the estimated timelines for their input. Our project is close to construction and I am grateful to Michael for the important role he played in getting our vision on paper and guiding it effectively through all the stages to engaging a builder. Michael will continue to be involved in our project until the building is complete - he is as keen as us to see the final outcome.”

All throughout the design and building processes Atelier Bond were understanding, sympathetic to our ideas and concepts and showed intuitive intelligence in shaping these into both a truly great design and an outstanding bespoke build. By our own admission, we were very demanding clients and knew much of what we wanted. To their credit however, Atelier Bond enveloped the task and responded accordingly. The final set of architectural plans plans were expertly detailed and were a key factor in making the project less complex. As with most builds, there were numerous challenges and obstructions along the way and these were met with positive vigour and professionalism. The final outcome speaks volumes for Greg Bond's insistence and perseverance. We'd recommend Atelier Bond to anyone considering designing a high-end new build or renovation.”

“We have worked with Graff design on 4 separate projects for our home and beach house over the last 8 years. The combination of design that encapsulates the latest trends and the practical application of the building process with an engineer who has an eye for detail is a formula that has worked well for us. As a result our home has been sympathetically brought up to date with the concepts that Graff have introduced. The projects have included design and construct of a new kitchen/ complete revamp of a large living space which included installation of gas heating/ TV space / purpose built walling with down lit recesses / new kitchen/ stone dividing walls and bespoke furniture at our beach house and more recently a major reconstruct of our outdoor living areas - new ceilings with 4 skylights / overhead heating/tiled floor areas/up lit timber decking/ gas plumbed BBQ area and new paved driveway .
