“I engaged Aqua Architects to assist with the comprehensive renovation of my 3- bedroom apartment in Manly. Marco provided excellent advice relating to design/concept (ideas I would never have thought of), selection of materials/colours and lighting, as well as particular building techniques such as shadow lines and recessed curtains, etc. All his suggestions were incorporated into the project and the end result is simply stunning. Everything (the design, the materials, the colours) matches up seamlessly and looks amazing. Marco also took full responsibility for managing the DA and CDC processes prior to the commencement of construction. The CDC process, in particular, was very complicated due to the categorisation of my apartment building, so Marco's help in this process was invaluable. There is no way I could have navigated these processes myself. Throughout the project, Marco was a pleasure to deal with, always so helpful, responsive and fun. He was super professional and always went the extra mile to ensure the project was completed to an excellent standard. From countless discussions with me and my interior decorator, to meetings with suppliers and builders/trades, and even being on site during construction (often in his own time) to ensure his designs were being followed and that everything was going smoothly, Marco was invaluable to me during the project. I cannot recommend Marco and Aqua Architects highly enough.”

“Mel and Lisa were very responsive and great to work with throughout our Nelson Bay building project. We got the right mix of listening and guidance to deliver a design and floorplan that is striking, maximises rhe potential of the site and is highly functional. Their level of liaison, ideas and solutions shared with both ourselves and the builder throughout the build period also set them apart, as well as the detail inherent in their plans, which the builder told us made their construction task so much easier. Thanks Mel and Lisa - you have envisioned and created a haven that our whole family loves to visit.”

“Our experience has been unparalleled with House to Home. From the very early beginnings of conception of design, they guided us through the process. Even with a very difficult council to deal with, they helped us navigate through to getting a DA and building us a home that we are I love with. The attention to detail has been incredible. The whole team involved treated our build like they would their own home. The process was painless and stress free, and we came in under budget- how many people can say that these days about a substantial renovation! We would never consider using another company again. We look forward to renovating our garage together as our next project.”
