“We engaged Seamus following a recommendation from a school parent after researching local architects and designers. Seamus has been friendly, professional and patient though the whole design process. He has great ideas and a clear passion for architectural and interior design. Seamus steered our plans for the renovation and modern 2 storey architectural addition through the council process, deftly navigating the challenging planning policies in our area (a heritage conservation area in Subiaco). Seamus has gone above and beyond to work through our brief and concerns, patiently talking us through all parts of the design process, and always with a smile. “Based on our recent experience we would highly recommend Chris for anyone designing a custom build home. This project will be our first home and although we are still in the early stages of the process we are extremely excited to see our plans transform into real life, and to continue to work with Chris throughout the process.
