Ms Murman was engaged solely to redesign and develop whatever documentation would be necessary to enable the update over time of our recently purchased 1970s villa . We do not live in Sydney and are frequently absent from our usual home base on the Central Coast with the consequence that we were often neglectful of her correspondence. This obviously tested her patience but to her credit it was never raised. From the outset we were comfortable with Michelle although in the early stages we felt that she had some misgivings about our notion of completing the project over time and without her supervision. We were to find that she was always punctual and well prepared for meetings. She delivered what was agreed on time and to the level of detail needed. Her documentation was always professionally presented. Meetings with and inspection visits by professionals from related fields were arranged well ahead of time and confirmed shortly before. We were impressed that she was mindful of our age and the probability that access could become an issue in the future. This is reflected in her design. We engaged Michelle Nurman recently to undertake a concept design for an extension to our home for our growing family. Michelle provided us with four amazing options which made choosing our favourite design quite difficult! All were innovative, functional and completely met our brief. Michelle really listened to us and took on board what we needed and liked as far as style. She came up with some great ideas that we would never have dreamed of. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle, she was very easy to deal with and stuck within our time deadlines and budgetary constraints.
