Sky's ability to collaborate effectively with our builder ensured that the design was executed exactly as intended, without any compromises on quality or detail. While Sky's engagement did come at a cost, the value he delivered was absolutely worth it. “Robert Petty Builders has recently finished construction on a Robert Harwood designed project in Parkdale. My first impression of RH Architects was the quality and accuracy of the documentation; the tender package was very thorough. The design was ambitious and distinctive. As we got to know the clients, we could see how well the floor plan had been designed around their needs as a family without compromising on design and innovation. It is common for clients not to appreciate the spaces within their home until it is being constructed; Robert is very good at working through this with clients. For example, when our client requested adding an external window surround and louvres to a room which affected the front façade and bedroom outlook, Robert provided a 3D presentation with views from inside and outside the room, it was very impressive and made the decision very easy for the client. With every query Robert had a solution. Robert and his team were easily accessible for any queries or discussions along the way.
