“Matthew designed my new home. As an owner builder and dealing with many different stages of the building approval process, you find a lot of companies that lack communication and will happily charge you for their own mistakes. I can confirm Matthew is not one of them, Matthew gave me a price and stuck to it, we had to work through a few issues with the energy rating and Matthew amended his plans to suit their needs promptly without an issue. Matthew’s communication skills have been the best of all the trades I have dealt with. His timing with his jobs have been perfect and in a time where the world seems to be getting a little less reliable, it was nice to work with some who has proven they are reliable. Thank you Matthew.”

“Pete and the Team, were a pleasure to work with when designing our new home. Pete came to our own home and sat down with us for our design brief, the initial floor plan included everything we wanted from our brief and any changes were no problem at all. My wife and I were inexperienced in the process and Pete’s experience guided us through the whole journey, always keeping lines of communication open and helping us with any questions we had. Pete and the team have designed us a beautiful, functional and contemporary home and we couldn’t be happier.”

“My husband and I are only to happy to recommend SoulSpace. Paul has been very professional, and pleasant to deal with through out our building/renovation project. He met with us on site to discuss our ideas and very promptly drew up plans and was very accommodating to re-visit changes along the way. He was easily contactable and always pleasant, professional and helpful to deal with. He had many contacts e.g. engineers etc. which made the process easier and more efficient. We absolutely love our end result, and attribute much of the success to Paul's wonderful designs! Our project started in January 2014 and is only now nearing completion (Dec 2014).”
