Owen David Architecture

Owen David Architecture is a sole architecture practice working across the NSW South Coast, ACT and surrounding regions. The practice offers architectural services for residential projects including new houses, extensions, renovations, and other similar scaled works. With a focus on delivering quality over quantity, we design smaller, smarter, sustainable homes. We prioritise solar passive design, simplicity, functionality, natural materials and local craftsmanship to deliver unique site-specific projects for the Australian climate. Working across all environments, be it beach, bush, or between the neighbours, the practice is experienced in dealing with planning requirements, bushfire ratings and difficult sites.
