“When we finally made the decision to extend and completely renovate our house, we went looking for a building company that could help us turn our ideas into efficient and practical designs. We had approached a few builders in previous years, but those builders did not specialise in extensions, and they were happy to just use our limited design despite our lack of expertise. Not only do we now have an extra room on our house, but we have also removed those awkward spaces and improved the original shortcomings in our original roof layout. When their Interior Designer (Lyn) became involved before construction started, she moved quickly and efficiently, navigating us through the maze of choices with colours and fixtures and flooring (especially in the bathrooms and kitchen). By the time the final week of construction arrived, we realised just how important Lyn’s earlier advice had been with all these choices, and now it feels like we are living in a new display home. Matt Harmon worked with us all along the way to ensure the usual bumps were quickly ironed out. His calm patience made it much easier. Now that the build is completed, we remember Matt Hall’s initial advice: “treat the project like an adventure instead of an ordeal and you will enjoy it a lot more”. Good advice. We have no hesitation recommending Build Professional to others looking for a builder with complete solutions and service, not just a piecemeal service that the client needs to patch together.”
